Simple terms for a simple learning app.

Agreement

By downloading or using HyePop, you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License and permitted use

HyePop is licensed for personal, non-commercial family and educational use on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s Usage Rules. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Children and parental responsibility

HyePop is designed for young children, but these Terms are between 621 Labs LLC and the adult who downloads or controls the app. Parents and guardians are responsible for device settings, supervision, purchase authorization, and deciding whether the app is appropriate for their child.

Educational purpose

HyePop is a supplemental play and learning tool. It does not guarantee language fluency or educational outcomes, and it is not a substitute for teaching, professional advice, or caregiver supervision.

Advertising and the remove-ads purchase

HyePop is free to download and shows a small banner advertisement on non-gameplay screens. Ads are contextual only and never appear during letter play — see the Privacy Policy for the full description.

HyePop offers one optional purchase: a non-consumable that removes advertising permanently. It is offered only behind the parental gate, is processed by Apple, and is tied to the purchasing Apple Account. The price shown in the app is the localized App Store price for your region. Apple’s payment, refund, Family Sharing, and purchase-restoration rules apply, and a parent can restore the purchase on another device through the parent area.

Because this is a one-time purchase rather than a subscription, nothing renews and nothing is charged again. Removing advertising does not change the letter-play content of the app.

Intellectual property

HyePop’s software, original artwork, characters, sounds, branding, and written materials are owned by or licensed to 621 Labs LLC. Armenian letters and language themselves are, of course, not claimed as proprietary.

Availability and changes

We may fix, update, change, or discontinue features to improve safety, quality, legal compliance, or device compatibility. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device or future operating-system version.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HyePop is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, 621 Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the app.

To the extent any liability is not excluded by law, 621 Labs LLC’s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to HyePop will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid 621 Labs LLC for HyePop in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) US $20. This limit applies regardless of the legal theory the claim is based on, and even if 621 Labs LLC has been advised of the possibility of the loss.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold 621 Labs LLC harmless from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: your use or misuse of HyePop, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any right of another person or entity — except to the extent the claim arises from 621 Labs LLC’s own violation of applicable law. This section survives if these Terms end.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any dispute-resolution process Apple’s own terms require, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or HyePop will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

If you are a consumer residing outside the United States, mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence may also apply and are not limited by this section.

Apple Standard EULA

Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If these supplemental Terms conflict with mandatory Apple terms or applicable law, those requirements control.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law. Questions can be sent to support@621labs.com.
