What this page covers
621 Labs LLC ("621 Labs," "we," "us") operates 621labs.com as a studio and consulting website. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors to this site, why we collect it, and how it's handled. It applies only to 621labs.com. Our product, Amur, is a separate service with its own privacy policy at amur.fit, since it handles health and fitness data under different rules.
The contact form, and nothing else
This site has two contact forms — one on the main page and one on the IT Services page. Both ask for the same information: your name, email address, company (optional), and a message. We don't run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this site.
Like any web host, our hosting provider (Netlify) may log standard server data for every visitor — such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps — for security and reliability purposes. We don't access or use those logs for marketing.
This site loads web fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). When your browser fetches those fonts, your IP address is sent to Google's servers as part of the request. We don't control this data; it is subject to Google's privacy policy.
To respond to your inquiry
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and, if a working relationship follows, to communicate about that work. We don't sell your information, rent it, or use it for advertising. We don't share it with third parties except the service providers needed to operate this site:
Netlify — hosts the site and processes contact form submissions on our behalf. Netlify's privacy policy is at netlify.com/privacy.
Google Workspace — delivers email to our inbox at admin@621labs.com when a form is submitted. Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect the information you provide, but no transmission over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of data sent to us.
You can ask us to delete it
We keep contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or maintain a record of an active engagement. If you'd like to know what information we have about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, email admin@621labs.com and we'll handle it promptly.
This site is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information through this site, please contact us at admin@621labs.com and we will delete it.
This policy may be updated
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Questions about this policy can be sent to admin@621labs.com.
